Your Tasks

  • Consultant Function Matrix Model: Establishment, Implementation, and Evaluation
  • Consultant Resource Pool：Management
  • Training system: Establishment and implementation
  • Technical system: evaluation, establishment, implementation, and management
  • Establishment of project management system, implementation of methodology, and promotion of experience
  • PMO: Project initiation assistance and evaluation, SOW assistance and evaluation, project manager appointment, project resource allocation and support, project progress tracking and risk management, knowledge system management

  • Industry experience
  • Complete system architecture design capability
  • Complete technical system
  • Project planning and management capabilities
  • Cross product project experience
