Quality Management Consultant / Junior Quality Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to strengthen our QM team.

• Support in checking the effectiveness as well as continuous development and maintenance of the existing QM system according to ISO 9001
• Participation in the creation and updating of QM documents
• Preparation, follow-up and monitoring of audits
• Technical internal contact for questions on the subject of quality management
• Support in monitoring the implementation of defined processes and quality standards as well as supporting our employees in complying with them
• Supervision of quality issues and guidelines
• Analysis and evaluation of quality indicators
• Independent processing of QM topics and development of concepts as part of the task

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, economics or comparable
• Ideally focus on sustainability, environmental and quality management
• Understanding of methods and procedures in the area of process development, business process management and CIP as well as knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001
• Experience with common tools in the field of quality management & quality assurance
• Ability to work in a team, analytical thinking, understanding of quality and reliability as well as independent, responsible and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good communication skills and very good written and spoken German and English
