We are looking for you to support our znt team.
This is what your everyday work with us could look like
- Responsible takeover of secretarial tasks and general office management
- Support of our accounting in invoicing and travel expenses
- Independent processing of post and mail
- Supporting other departments with general organisational and assistance tasks
- Organisation of in-house meetings, Coordinating appointments and preparation of events and meetings
We value the following skills
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in the assistant or secretarial field, experience in invoicing and travel expenses report is an advantage
- Sympathetic appearance, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, organisation skills, ability to work under pressure, accuracy and service-oriented behaviour
- Flexibility as well as independent and structured work
- Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of Navision and common project management tools is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
