So könnte Ihr Arbeitsalltag bei uns aussehen

  • Support of a fixed B2B customer base and strategic expansion of stakeholder management with long-term customer proximity
  • Recognition of needs in the area of MES, shop floor integration and automation, identification of expansion potential and sustainable sales of our tailor-made software solutions
  • You react immediately and in a solution-oriented manner to questions and requirements from your customers and ensure their long-term satisfaction
  • Accompanying the decision-making processes of our customers including calculation and preparation of offers as well as structured follow-up of projects
  • Close cooperation with our service teams for software development and implementation, their networking with the specialist departments of our customers and the establishment of sustainable networks
  • Customer visits on site as well as participation in trade fairs and events
  • Organization of customer training and creation of presentations and workshops
  • Support of the CSO in the creation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Continuous observation of the market and competitors

Auf die folgenden Fähigkeiten legen wir Wert

  • Successfully completed studies such as TUM-BWL, business informatics, electrical engineering, mechatronics or computer science, alternatively completed IT-related vocational training
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a consultant or account manager, ideally in technical B2B sales in the IT industry
  • You understand the challenges of industrial high-tech production, recognize connections and have a feel for trends
  • Customer orientation and communication skills across different hierarchical levels, confident appearance in front of groups and up to C-level
  • You are characterized by negotiation skills, a confident and competent presence and strategic thinking
  • Extraordinarily high affinity for IT and software products as well as enthusiasm for industrial production systems and automation technology coupled with fun in professional sales
  • Willingness to visit customers on site, travel approx. 25%
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Very good MS Office knowledge and knowledge of CRM, ideally you are familiar with the basics of software development
